I am representing the citizens of Sun Valley on the City Council, now in my second four-year term of office.

This is my personal website which I created as an opportunity to share timely information with the citizens, stakeholders, visitors and those interested in the well being of Sun Valley. Sun Valley FY 2009 Audited Financial Statements:

The Sun Valley City Council accepted the City’s Fiscal Year 2009 audited financial statements at a special City Council meeting on March 25, 2010. We first saw these financial statements at a special Council meeting on March 23rd. After a careful review, we sent them back to the Auditors to have certain language cleaned up in order to make it consistent with how our financial statements are always presented. Sun Valley Half Marathon:


On June 5, 2010 the City of Sun Valley hosted the Sun Valley Half Marathon. Over 250 runners from 14 states participated on a wonderful sunny day. City of Sun Valley Street Department Supervisor, Brad Mitchell was the chief coordinator for the highly successful Sun Valley Half Marathon.

I had my camera out and photographed the event. Here is a slide show I put together with a number of my photos of the event.


Sun Valley Nordic Festival:



We have had the good fortune of a full week of Nordic events in and around Sun Valley this year called the "Sun Valley Nordic Festival." The Festival was born out of a concept from the Sustain Blaine effort which suggested expanding on a key event such as the Boulder Mountain Tour and use it to leverage the Sun Valley brand. As one of the members of the organizing committee, it was great to see the effort come to fruition and see success in its first year.

I photographed a good portion of the Festival and have created several slide shows to give you a feel for the event. Enjoy!
